Bridgestone has just done something it's never done before: built a tyre specifically for motorhomes. The Duravis Camper All Season is the brand's first dedicated camper tyre, and on paper at least, it looks like it's been worth the wait.
Due to land in June 2026, the Duravis Camper All Season is an all-season tyre with a specific focus on the demands that motorhome life actually places on rubber - heavy loads, long static periods, year-round use, and the kind of mileage that touring enthusiasts quietly rack up. Here's what you need to know.
IT HANDLES ALL SEASONS, PROPERLY
This isn't a tyre that tolerates winter, it's certified for it. The Duravis Camper All Season carries both 3PMSF and M+S certifications, meaning it meets the official standard for severe snow conditions. A directional V-shaped tread pattern handles snow mobility, while a high-silica compound and high-volume shoulder slots take care of wet weather grip and water evacuation.
The headline wet performance figure is an EU label A-grade for wet grip, the top rating available, which is a meaningful number for anyone covering long distances in unpredictable British and European weather.

BUILT TO CARRY THE WEIGHT
Motorhomes are heavy, and standard van tyres weren't designed with that in mind. Bridgestone has addressed this with a reinforced carcass construction engineered specifically for high load capacity. The tyre also carries the CP (Camping Pneu) marking on its sidewall, an industry designation that confirms it's built for the unique structural demands of motorhome use, including those long periods sitting parked up at a pitch.
An optimised pattern design handles the static load that comes with extended parking, and a sidewall protector rib guards against the kind of kerb impacts that are an occupational hazard when manoeuvring something the size of a motorhome into a tight space.
WEAR AND RUNNING COSTS
Tyre longevity is a genuine concern for motorhome owners. Good tyres aren't cheap, and a motorhome burns through them differently to a car. Bridgestone's approach here centres on high pattern stiffness and balanced contact pressure distribution, giving the tyre an even wear profile and, in theory, a longer service life. That feeds directly into lower long-term running costs, which matters when you're also budgeting for fuel, sites, and everything else that comes with life on the road.

EV-READY AND EFFICIENT
Bridgestone has incorporated its ENLITEN technology into the Duravis Camper All Season. Developed at its R&D centre in Italy, ENLITEN is Bridgestone's next-generation tyre engineering platform focused on reducing weight and material use without compromising performance. The practical upshot here is an EU label B-grade in rolling resistance, solid efficiency credentials, and EV-readiness for the growing number of electric and hybrid motorhomes coming to market.
Exterior noise also scores an EU label A-grade, which is the best available rating. If you've ever spent a long motorway run with a drone coming from your tyres, you'll know that matters more than the spec sheet suggests.
AVAILABILITY
The Bridgestone Duravis Camper All Season launches in June 2026, available in four sizes across 15- and 16-inch rim diameters.
