When will my order be ready to collect?
If the item is available in-store it will be ready to collect from as little as 1 hour after the order is placed.
Any orders placed after 4pm Monday to Friday will be available for collection on the next working day.
Please do not come to collect your order until you have been told that it is ready, you’ll receive a ready to collect message from us when your order is ready to be collected.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes, you will need to share the order confirmation or the ready to collect email/ text with them to verify the order.
I've lost my order confirmation what can I do?
Check your junk folder to see if you can find the email, if not you can bring photo ID that matches the payment name on the order.
How long do I have to collect my items?
You have up to 7 days to collect your order. After this time, the order will be expire and a refund will be issued within 3-5 days.
What will happen if the items I ordered are unavailable?
In the rare occasion in which your are unable to collect all the items in the order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and offer you the chance to either continue with the remainder of the order, or cancel the order entirely for a full refund.
Can I amend my order?
If you need to make any amendments to your order before it’s collected, we advise you contact us as soon as possible so we can try and accommodate this.
How do I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Please contact our team and we can take care of this for you. Alternatively, wait 7 days until the order expires and your refund will be processed automatically, this does not affect your statutory rights.
