How do I book a service or repair?
Simply fill in our enquiry form on this page and a member of our team will be in touch to confirm your booking and availability. If you'd prefer to speak with someone directly, you can also call us on 01888 562186.
Do you service caravans and motorhomes that weren't bought from you?
Absolutely. Everyone is welcome. As an independent service centre, we don't sell vehicles, which means our workshop is open to all makes and models, no matter where you bought yours. You'll get the same expert care and Approved Workshop standards whoever you are.
What's included in a caravan or habitation service?
Our full caravan service covers chassis, brakes, tyres, damp testing, gas safety, electrical systems, appliances, and more. Everything needed to keep your vehicle safe, roadworthy, and warranty compliant. We'll walk you through exactly what was checked and found in our service report.
Will servicing with TCC Services protect my warranty?
Most major UK leisure vehicle manufacturers recognise servicing carried out by an Approved Workshop during the warranty period. Requirements can vary by manufacturer and vehicle age, so we'll help you check what's required for your particular caravan or motorhome before booking.
In many cases, that means you don't need to travel back to the supplying dealer for routine servicing.
Where are you based, and do I need to drop my vehicle off?
We're based in Aberdeenshire at Greengate Lodge, Delgaty, Turriff, AB53 5TA. Our service centre proudly serves customers across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Moray, Angus, and the wider North East of Scotland. Most services require a drop-off, and we'll agree a date and estimated turnaround time with you at the point of booking.
Do you offer mobile servicing?
We don't currently offer mobile servicing. All work is carried out at our Aberdeenshire workshop, where we have the specialist equipment and facilities to do the job properly.
