Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange under our 30-day returns policy and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Our store policy extends this right to 30 days from receipt of your item for added flexibility.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@tccservices.co.uk. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide full instructions for returning your item.

Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. If your item is defective or we’ve sent the wrong product, we’ll cover the full return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible once the issue has been verified.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised products (e.g. special orders or items made to your specifications)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the unwanted item and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If you cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we’ll refund the cost of the item and the standard delivery charge (if applicable).
  • We will not refund upgraded delivery options (e.g. express or next-day shipping).
  • Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at sales@tccservices.co.uk.
