Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances such as extreme weather or courier disruptions.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly via the Royal Mail website.
Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time:
- Check your tracking information.
- Contact us at sales@tccservices.co.uk with your order number.
We will investigate with Royal Mail and work to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Lost Items
Please inspect your items upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at sales@tccservices.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
International Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK only. We don't offer international shipping at this time.
