Unlike fixed vehicle systems, the Roam Basecamp is completely portable. The weatherproof antenna houses the router internally and can be mounted temporarily on a pole, tripod, wall or vehicle using the supplied bracket, making it ideal for travel, outdoor workspaces and pop-up businesses.

The system uses a powerful omni-directional antenna to capture mobile signals from all directions, converting them into a reliable onboard Wi-Fi hotspot for multiple devices. This helps improve connectivity in rural or remote areas where phone signals may struggle.
