With the VB-SemiAir Comfort system, the spring force can be adjusted (manually) within specific limits. This makes the VB-SemiAir Comfort system a good option for vehicles that are often heavily loaded and regularly carry variable loads.
- On a vehicle with leaf springs, an air spring is fitted between the chassis and the rear axle. The air spring supports the existing leaf spring.
- On a vehicle with torsion bar suspension, the air spring is mounted on the side of the chassis. The air spring supports the existing torsion bar suspension.
VB-SemiAir Comfort Compressor
The VB-SemiAir Comfort system comes with a powerful heavy-duty compressor. The compressor makes it easy to inflate the air springs.

Motorhome Control Panel (Dashboard)
Depending on the make and model of vehicle, the VB-SemiAir Comfort system can be supplied with a control panel for fitting in the dashboard. The control panel has two pressure gauges and two high/low switches.
LCV Control Panel (Driver's Seat)
Depending on the make and model of vehicle, the VB-SemiAir Comfort system can be supplied with a control panel for fitting on the side of the driver's seat. The control panel has two pressure gauges and two high/low switches.
Universal Control Panel
The VB-SemiAir Comfort system can also be supplied with a universal control panel. The control panel has two pressure gauges and two high/low switches. With the universal control panel, you can choose where in your vehicle you want the panel to be sited.
VB-SemiAir Comfort System with Digital Control Unit*
The VB-SemiAir Comfort system consists of a VB-SemiAir Basic system including a digital control unit and a compressor box with valve block, an electronic control unit (VB-ASCU) and a heavy-duty compressor. The digital control unit can be used to operate both air springs separately. The unit shows the bellows pressure for each air spring, and you can use the up and down arrows to increase or decrease the pressure in the air springs per spring or for both at once. Another benefit is that you can choose where you want to hang or place the digital control unit in the vehicle, within certain limits. This means there is no loss of useful storage compartments and no need to route (air) lines through the vehicle.
* The VB-SemiAir Comfort system with digital control unit is not yet available for all vehicles at the time of writing.
Digital Control Unit
The VB-SemiAir Comfort system with digital control unit offers a number of additional benefits. For example, you can specify the unit used to display the air pressure or review (historic) notifications. This way you have access to more information about your auxiliary air suspension system.
